1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 835,080,564 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 13, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
Description of Claim
The Plaintiff produced and supplied the original unit used for tents and truck servers, etc. to the Defendant, and thereafter received reimbursement from the Defendant of KRW 135,000,000, out of the amount of KRW 970,080,564, which was up to January 2014.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 835,080,564 and damages for delay from the day immediately following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint.
Judgment by service based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
