1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 804,865,717 and KRW 79,969,69,690 among them.
Reasons
1. The indication of the claim is as shown in the Appendix of Claim;
(However, “creditor” is “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” is “Defendant” (the rate of damages for delay on the second date for pleading has been reduced by 25% per annum from February 7, 2018, and 24% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, in accordance with the Interest Limitation Act).
2. Grounds;
(a) Defendant C and Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant E Co., Ltd. and Defendant G: Judgment based on the deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
