A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant for compensation for damages and received a judgment stating that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 78,220,000 won with 5% per annum from October 6, 2005 to October 20, 2006, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment” (U.S. District Court 2006Gadan94136), and the above judgment became final and conclusive on January 4, 2007.

B. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations of claims according to the foregoing final judgment.
