Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant, at the Daegu-si, Daegu-si public telephone boxes located in the Gu of Daegu-si, to purchase the Metetopop (one philop (one gramlopopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine via a nameless box, and purchased the Melopon by finding approximately 0.18 g of the philopon, which is hidden in the above public telephone boxes, at least 350,000 won.
B. On August 30, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 300,000 philopon 0.18g of philopon on a street near the Eel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On August 8, 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophonephones purchased at the nearby Magu-si, Daegu-si, as described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, into one-time injection, after dilution of approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased at the neighboring Magu-si, Daegu-si.
B. On August 201, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philophones in the same way at the Mostour of an insular seat at the beginning of the night.

On August 24, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones in the same manner at the guest room of Gel 2 in the East Sea F at the same time.

On August 28, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gh of philopon from the Jnish Don-do that was parked by I in H at H at the same time in the same manner.
E. On August 30, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased, as described in paragraph 1(b), from the male toilet for K resting area in the region south, around 01:40, in the same manner.
F. On August 30, 2017, Appellant administered approximately 0.03 ghopon in the same way at L nearby Man-si in Gwangju-si.
G. On September 1, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 ghopon in the same way as N in M in the East Sea at the same time.
