1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,204,746 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from December 6, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, among the causes of the same claim, the "creditor" is changed into "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" is changed to "Defendant", respectively. (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
