A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and three months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of four months.

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) are the persons engaged in driving of Cfol-do automobiles. B.
