2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

B. The main contents of the Defendant’s rules (hereinafter “instant rules”) are as follows.

Article 25 The ordinary general meeting shall be held on October 5 of each year, and the extraordinary general meeting shall be held within 15 days when the president, not less than 2/3 of directors and not less than 1/5 of the subordinate members request it, if necessary at the regular meeting.

Article 27 The ordinary meeting of the plenary session shall be convened without convening a notice on October 5 of each year, and the extraordinary general meeting shall be convened in writing or daily newspaper 15 days before the meeting, and the board of directors shall be convened in writing or by telephone, etc.

Article 31 Items to be asked at General Meeting are as follows:

1. The election of officers, (the title);

7. Matters to be resolved by the board of directors under Article 32 on approval of the reward and punishment;

6. A member subject to disciplinary action in Article 41 above shall not be elected as an executive officer and shall not be involved in all operations of the union;

Article 42 Disciplinary Action against the plenary session shall be decided by the board of directors.

C. The plaintiff is the defendant on November 21, 2009 (as a sound record, October 5, 2009).
