1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 27, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On December 11, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim that the Defendant B lent the sum of KRW 50,000,000 to Defendant B, including KRW 39,000,000 on December 11, 2010, KRW 1,000,000 on December 11, 201, and KRW 50,000 on December 14, 2010, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant B’s obligation to borrow money.
