However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. No person who illegally uses air or violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge or alter a registration number plate, use it unlawfully, or trade, assist in the trade, give or receive, or use forged information;

Nevertheless, around December 2015, the Defendant attached the registration number plate of GIT 100G motors bicycle in the name of F F, the Defendant’s child, on the street in front of the peace market located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, 274, Cheongcheon-ro, Seoul, with one motor bicycle (H) and one set of CA110S 110cc bicycle bicycle (H) that had no market registration number plate in front of the Man-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul around November 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant used one registration number plate of two-wheeled automobile for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. On December 2, 2015, from around 17:10 to August 25, 2016, the Defendant used a two-wheeled automobile registration number plate attached to the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate in Jung-gu and Jongno-gu, Seoul from around December 25, 2015, and exercised it.

3. The defendant who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is almost one owner of motor vehicle equipped with a registration number plate of a two-wheeled motor vehicle, which is illegally used as stated in paragraph (1), and the owner of the motor vehicle shall not operate any motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, around August 25, 2016, the Defendant operated a bicycle with motor CA110S 110cc engine device, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the peace market located in 274, Cheongcheon-ro, Jungcheon-gu, Seoul, Jungcheon-gu.
