Defendant

A는 경기 시흥시 D 상호 없는 바다이야기 게임장의 실제 업주이고, 피고인 B는 일명 "깜깜이차량"이라고 불리우는 게임장 손님 운반책으로 일하는 자이다.

The Defendants conspired with each other to share their respective roles as above, and agreed to operate an unauthorized sea open game room by installing a "sea open game machine" game machine that is not classified itself, and soliciting and transporting customers in a voice.

No one shall provide a game product the rating of which has been refused because it constitutes a speculative game product, or display or keep it for the purpose of providing for use.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired, from December 26, 2012 to January 20: 20:00 on January 15, 2013, 2013, the 39 game machine “marine camping”, the rating of which was refused to be classified as a speculative game product with the contents of betting or distribution in D warehouse during the sports promotion period, and offered 39 games to unspecified customers for public use, and displayed and kept for the purpose of providing for public use.

(b) No one shall exchange or arrange exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products, or engage in business of repurchase;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to exchange 9,000 won per 10,000 won at the place of the above paragraph (a) in order to provide customers with a card charged with 10,000 won per 10,000 won for the marine camping game and to allow them to use the marine camping game, and to deliver in cash the card 10,000 won per 10,000 won per 10,000 won.
