The judgment below

In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty and to find the defendant not guilty on the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the period of filing a complaint.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
