1. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 10. 5. 02:30 경 천안시 서 북구 B에 있는 ‘C 주점’ 앞길에서, 술값 문제로 업주와 시비를 하던 중 112 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 천안 서북 경찰서 D 지구대 소속 경 사인 피해자 E이 무전 취식 혐의 확인을 위해 지구대로 자진 출석할 것을 권유하였다는 이유로 위 클럽의 업주, 종업원, 행인 등이 보고 있는 자리에서 E에게 “ 뭘 또 해야 하는데 그냥 여기서 해, 씹할 좆 밥 새끼들이 웃기네, 씹할 좆 같은 게 한명씩 와 보라고 와 봐” 라는 등으로 큰소리로 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
