Plaintiff
The plaintiffs mentioned in E and 2-2 against the defendant corporation A and defendant corporation.
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties, etc. 1) Defendant A, B, and C is a stock company engaged in the business of credit card, pre-paid card, debit card, issuance, sale, and management, and Defendant D is a company incorporated by financial institutions through joint investment, and the Use and Protection of Credit Information Act (hereinafter “Credit Information Act”).
(2) The Plaintiffs listed in the separate sheet No. 1 of the Plaintiffs as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 are corporations engaged in the business of credit inquiry and credit investigation as set forth in the separate sheet No. 1. (2) The Plaintiffs as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 are all the Plaintiffs as to Defendant A among the entire Plaintiffs of the instant case, as the separate sheet No. 2-1, and the separate sheet No. 2010, Apr. 4, 2010, and Dec. 2, 2013 among the Plaintiffs related to Defendant B, as the separate sheet No. 3-1, and the separate sheet No. 3-2, respectively, as the separate sheet No. 4-1, and the separate sheet No. 2-2, 3-3, and 4-2, respectively.
Defendant A, B, and C have entered into a financial transaction contract and used or used a credit card, etc. with Defendant A, B, and C.
B. The concept of the card accident analysis system and the introduction card accident analysis system (hereinafter “FDS”) are introduced by all domestic credit card companies as a system to detect abnormal or fraudulent use due to theft, loss, forgery, etc. of credit cards. According to FDS, an analysis model is made based on statistical methods using large-scale card use information and pertinent customer information based on past accident transactions and based on this, if it is discovered that abnormal types of transactions have occurred according to the statistical analysis pattern of the credit card when using the credit card.
