1. From February 28, 2016, the Defendant, on the 18:00 on February 28, 2016, found one copy of the CC bank stack Card, the victim C lost at the crosswalk of the Quaker Building, Young-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property as he had on his own mind.

2. At around 16:30 on March 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) kept the personal identification number while keeping the personal effects of the victim D in the 3rd floor of the Korean Red Cross located at the airport of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, “The Red Cross History of the Republic of Korea” in 591; (b) opened an object box by entering other crebs in the victim’s blood donation; and (c) stolen money and valuables worth KRW 110,000,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession, including one male pocketet, one new bank physical card, etc., and one vehicle keys in the market value.

3. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) purchased drinking water equivalent to KRW 1,500 in the market price at the “G” convenience store operated by the Victim F in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) purchased coffee 1 cans, etc. equivalent to KRW 2,90 in the market price; and (c) presented the stolen bank check card to the above convenience store, as described in paragraph (2), and received a payment for the total amount of KRW 4,400 in goods, and received delivery of the said goods.

In addition, on February 28, 2016, from around 19:53 to the above day, the Defendant settled the total amount of KRW 421,600 on the market price using the SC Bank Cze Card embezzled as described in paragraph (1) and the Cze Card of a new bank that stolen as described in paragraph (2), and received goods.
