If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

At around 23:20 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen a pipe 40,000,000 won of the victim C’s market value on the street in front of the construction site located B located at the Gu Government-si; and (b) stolen a pipe 40,000 won of the victim C’s market value by the same method at around 19:00 on July 17, 2013; and (c) thefted a construction material equivalent to KRW 60,00,000 of the victim’s market value at the same place as the above paragraph (1) in the same manner as at around 19:00 on the same day.
