Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employer who employs one full-time worker as CN Entertainment’s manager located in Siti City B 103 and engages in e-learning business. From August 10, 201 to November 11 of the same year at the above workplace, the Defendant did not pay 2.4 million won, including wages of 1.2 million won on September 1, 201 of retired D, and wages of 1.2 million won on November 201 of the same year, without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date for payment, within 14 days from the date of retirement.
