1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to Plaintiff A for KRW 13,50,000, KRW 9,000,000 to Plaintiff B, and KRW 15,00,000 to Plaintiff C, and each of them.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Under the brokerage of Defendant E, a licensed real estate agent, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the instant multi-family house 202 from the owner of the instant multi-family house to F with the wife population F, and H in G (hereinafter referred to as the “multi-family house”) on September 15, 2014; (b) from the owner of the instant multi-family house to October 11, 2014 to the lease term; and (c) Plaintiff B leased the instant head of the instant multi-family house 201 from I on November 26, 2014 to the lease term of KRW 50 million; and (d) from December 19, 2014 to December 19, 2016, Plaintiff C leased the instant head of the instant multi-family house from the lease term of KRW 307,000,000 from February 28, 2015 to December 37, 2015 to 307,507.

Plaintiff
A paid a lease deposit and completed a move-in report on resident registration on October 13, 2014 after moving into a multi-family house 202, and acquired the opposing power under the Housing Lease Protection Act after obtaining a fixed date on the same date. Plaintiff B paid a lease deposit and moved into a multi-family house 201, and completed a move-in report on resident registration on November 28, 2014, and acquired the opposing power under the Housing Lease Protection Act with a fixed date obtained. Plaintiff C paid a lease deposit and completed a move-in report on resident registration on March 9, 2015 after moving into a multi-family house 307, and acquired the opposing power under the Housing Lease Protection Act with a fixed date obtained.
C. Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a mutual aid business entity that entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant D, ① the amount of mutual aid KRW 100 million, and the period of mutual aid from December 29, 2013 to December 28, 2014; ② the amount of mutual aid KRW 100 million, and the period of mutual aid from December 29, 2014 to December 28, 2015.
According to the terms and conditions of mutual aid applicable to each of the above mutual aid agreements and the rules on mutual aid business, a person who suffers property damage due to a brokerage accident.
