When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On October 20, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of around 01:40, driven a cub car from the front side of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of the 15 km away from the Dog-si to the Dog-si's Dog-si, as a member of Ansan-si.
