Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

The Defendants partly revised the facts charged to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the Defendants’ exercise of their defense rights.
Defendant
A is a person who runs a marina business in the trade name of "D" with facilities such as 8 studio 603, shower room 603, shower room for employees, 1, 1, 1, 1, and Kabro, etc. of the building 6 of the Dong-dong-gu, Yongsan-gu, Manyang-si. Nevertheless, Defendant A, without obtaining recognition of qualifications for massageman, has employed, B, and F, directed them to the said B and F, and let them buy the telegraph by hand, and open to them for the same period as described in the foregoing paragraph.
