However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, around November 16, 2012, married with the victim C and was in the legal marital relationship with the victim until the divorce around November 18, 2016, was an employee in terms of E in Busan City D around 2012.

1. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) made an application for entry of a mobile phone located at the above office (observer 3D (SU760); (b) made a signature on the name of the “C” and sent the copy of the said application by facsimile as if he/she were duly formed with the staff in charge of communications who knew of the forgery; and (c) made a written application for entry of a mobile phone in the name of C in the above office (YU760), and sent the copy by facsimile as if he/she had been duly formed with the staff in charge of communications who knew of the forgery. (d) made a written application for entry of a mobile phone in the name of C in the above office (YU760), and sent the copy by facsimile as if he/she was duly formed with the staff in charge of communications who knew of the forgery.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, committed each forgery of the two copies of the application for entry by the mobile phone in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and duties.

2. The Defendant: (a) made each copy of a resident registration certificate by means of entering C’s name and resident registration number in the form of the resident registration certificate using a computer-to-house program at the above office around each day specified in paragraph (1); (b) made each file using a third party’s address at his/her own discretion; and (c) printed out by the aforementioned mobile phone opening businessman around each time to use it for opening of the mobile phone.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant forged two copies of the resident registration certificate of C in the name of the head of the Busan Metropolitan City North-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, which is an official document, and held them each.

3. The Defendant, at each time, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1, shall make an application for entry by each forged mobile phone and a resident registration certificate of Section C, by facsimile, to the victim SK Telecom.
