A. However, the instant sales contract between B and the Defendant constitutes a fraudulent act, and the Defendant’s intent to commit suicide is presumed as well, barring any special circumstance, since B sold the instant real estate to the Defendant, thereby reducing the liability property of other general creditors, including the Plaintiff.
