Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On August 17, 2014, at around 0.198% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a B-car from the roads near the “road station,” which was in the Dobcheon-si Action, to the roads near the 214-lane as a part of the Government of Gyeonggi-do, to the roads near the “Effi elementary school” located in the 214-lane.
