Around October 14, 2017, the Defendant insultingd the victim by openly insulting the victim, “A victim C, a police officer belonging to the Busan East Police Station, who was called up after receiving a report of 112 from a taxi engineer, in front of the Busan metropolitan Daegu Building, on October 14, 2017, in the presence of a majority of the Defendant, such as a hicker, the above taxi engineer, etc., who was a police officer belonging to the Busan East Police Station, who was called up after receiving a report of the 112 taxi engineer.”

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the time, place, and on the grounds stated in the above 1. Paragraph (1) above, received the head of the above police officer once from the Defendant’s head, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the reported case.
