1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 12, 2016 to the date of full payment.
1. On April 15, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a security deposit of KRW 35 million from the Defendant to the Defendant for a security deposit of KRW 302,00,000,000 to the Defendant’s KRW 35,000,000,000.
The plaintiff notified the defendant of the termination of the lease contract and delivered the above building around April 14, 2016, but did not refund the deposit amount of KRW 35 million from the defendant.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above deposit amounting to 35 million won and damages for delay.
