[Criminal Power] On May 3, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on July 20, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant, around 00:55 on February 2, 2019, 200: (a) spiting a brush on the part of the victim, such as the victim’s face, etc., although the Defendant was flaping to the victim C (or 21 years of age) who was flaping in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B, but said C did not make a answer; (b) the victim D (or 23 years of age) together with said C (or 23 years of age) resisting the Defendant with the above brushing a brush as a drinking, and was flaping the above D’s brush by drinking at one time and by hand.

2. Performance of official duties;

A.
