However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Special violence;

A. On May 17, 2017, at around 10:0, the Defendant, at the office of the “C” office of the “A”/S department of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City building A 202, brought about five times the head of the victim’s head, i.e., siren (15cm in length) who was an employee of the same department, was unable to send his/her home appropriately.

B. On the 22th day of the same month, the Defendant, on the grounds that the Defendant did not re-examine the door-to-door, which was not sent at the same place on the 14:00 of the same month, 7 times the part of the victim’s head, i.e., the part of the loss-to-face (30cm in length), which was a dangerous object (30cm in length).

On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the same place as around 11:00, brought about four times the parts of the victim’s bones of sublime, i.e., dangerous articles located therein, on the ground that the Defendant failed to properly respond to the customer’s demand for refund at the same place.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried dangerous objects three times as above and assaulted the victim.

2. On May 25, 2017, the Defendant forced the victim to engage in the work at the same place on the same day as that of May 25, 2017 and did not handle as soon as possible, and, on the grounds that the Defendant did not promptly deal with the work, deemed the victim “a person engaged in electronic equipment (weight approximately KRW 15 km) as his head, and the Defendant shall, if taken down, immediately.

The phrase “the victim caused the victim to have his/her hair as head for about 15 minutes.”

Accordingly, the Defendant threatened the victim to commit an act that does not have any obligation.

3. On June 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 15:00 on the ground that he did not properly handle the work at the same place; (b) on the ground that he was unable to properly handle the work, the part of the above net knife part of the victim’s knife, 6 times, and approximately 3 times, the knife part of the victim’s knife.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried dangerous objects with the victim about about 15 days.
