대여금 청구의 소
1. The defendant's KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 25% per annum from March 22, 2002 to July 14, 2010 to the plaintiff.
1. The Plaintiff filed a loan lawsuit with this court on the ground of a loan claim against the Defendant.
On October 15, 2010, the judgment in favor of the Plaintiff was rendered and became final and conclusive around that time.
However, the Plaintiff did not receive a loan claim against the Defendant for ten years since the date when the above judgment became final and conclusive.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit for the extension of the statute of limitations for the loan claims in the above judgment.
