A and C Imprisonment for two years and suspension of qualifications for each of them, and two years, Defendant B, D, E, and G shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months and suspension of qualifications.

Ⅰ. All Facts

1. The Defendant, from November 18, 199 to the president of T University 8 U (hereinafter referred to as the “U”), was engaged in activities as both the 8th president and the central committee members, the 8th V District University Federation representatives and the district council members, respectively. From around 2001 to 2004, the Defendant, via the Chairman of the Joint Execution Committee of W Act, performed activities in the Y Act, which is a regional organization under the X (hereinafter referred to as “X”), which is an immigration organization, from 2003 to 2004. From 207 to 2009, the Defendant joined the decision of joint representative of the Southern Committee of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as “WF”), and was dissolved from A209 to 209 to A213rd party members of the Constitutional Court (hereinafter referred to as “AA”), and the Defendant was also dissolved from AD 201 to A24th party members of the 2009 party election.

Meanwhile, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor and two years of suspended execution on September 8, 200 for the crime of violation of the National Security Act (M) at the Suwon District Court on March 25, 2000. Defendant B entered the Department of Education at AE University on March 3, 1997, and was elected at the Council of Education at AE University on November 1, 1999, and was serving as the eight U representative who was a transfer-in organization from around 2000. The Defendant thereafter joined the “M (hereinafter referred to as “M”) organized by U activities or punishment-based persons on October 20, 206, and joined the second general meeting from March 25, 2007 to the second general meeting, as the education bureau at the 3rd general meeting held on March 30, 2008 to the management committee at the 3rd special committee at the 3rd special committee at the secretariat.
