On March 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a B fladon vehicle in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.067% from the 3Km section of approximately 3 KK to the front day of the Yara 2-dong, Jeju National University, Jeju, Jeju, from the Do in front of the Do of Jeju National University, to the front day of the Yara 2-dong, Jeju National University.
