The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around September 30, 2016, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (the 46-year-old age) who is a taxi engineer in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. on the part of Sep. 30, 2016, with the victim's appearance flab, and with the victim's appearance flab, once flab.
2. The key issue is the crime of non-compliance with will. Since the victim expressed his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant on November 30, 2016, which was after the prosecution was instituted, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
