On February 4, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of around 04:30 on alcohol level of 0.102% during blood, driven a B-learning car at the Busan Dongdong-dong Stacker parking lot from around 3km-dong, Busan to around the 2-km-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Busan.
