1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) from April 14, 2015, entry in the separate sheet.
1. Indication of Claim: On March 14, 2015, the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant the buildings listed in the separate sheet by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 3,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 280,000, monthly rent of KRW 14, monthly rent of KRW 14, and the lease period of the buildings listed in the separate sheet for two years from the contract date.
The defendant paid only monthly rent to the plaintiff once, and did not pay rent from April 14, 2015.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract by the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint in this case, and sought the delivery of the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant, and the return of the rent and unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent calculated by the ratio of 2.80,000 won per month from April 14, 2015 to the completion date of delivery of the building indicated in the attached list.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
