1. The Defendant’s KRW 92,001,00 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 6, 2015 to November 6, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (Judgment without holding any pleadings due to the submission of a written reply);
3. As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 7, 2015, the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
