A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) provides that the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle B Ecoos car.

3. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall operate an automobile unless it is registered in the register of automobile;
Nevertheless, the Defendant voluntarily cancelled the registration of a motor vehicle as stated in the foregoing Paragraph 2 at the time, place, and as indicated in the foregoing Paragraph 2, and operated the said Escoo car which was not registered in the motor vehicle register ( June 28, 2018).
4. The Defendant violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of the said Ecuas car.
The owner of an automobile shall be an automobile on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
