1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 165,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 165 million on March 29, 2012 as of November 30, 2015 on the date of repayment. The Plaintiff sought the payment of the loan by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
