1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 47,635,00 and KRW 45,917,260 among them, from January 28, 2012 to December 9, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015).
