1. The Defendant’s KRW 221,428,260 among the Plaintiff and KRW 51,428,260 among them, shall be KRW 170,00,000 from June 1, 2014.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The first bill amount which remains after deducting KRW 118,571,740 from the face value of the first bill issued by the Defendant to the Plaintiff on January 28, 2014 at par 170,000,000, at maturity of May 30, 2014 (hereinafter “first bill”) and at maturity of June 30, 2014 (hereinafter “second bill”), whichever was already paid, from the face value of the first bill issued by the Defendant to the Plaintiff on May 30, 2014, at maturity of KRW 118,571,740 from the face value of the bill, and the second bill amount, and each statutory interest and delay delay damages claim; applicable provisions of law to the Plaintiff on January 28, 2014;
