On March 29, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents in Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 24, 2018.

1. The Defendant, who violated the Special Act on Fraud and Insurance Fraud Prevention, conspired with B, C, etc. with intent to cause a traffic accident, and conspired to receive an accident from an insurance company and to receive insurance money, by pretending that there was no actual damage, even though the traffic accident was caused by negligence, or there was no actual damage.

B, around 14:30 on April 8, 2016, driving a DK7 car on the road located in the Namcheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and the Defendant, C, and E are boarding the said car while driving the car, B shall require the victim H Co., Ltd. to detect the car at the G window of the FF driver with the change of the car line, intentionally acquired the car, and to report the accident to the F to the effect that the accident occurred. Since the traffic accident suffered damage due to the traffic accident, the agreement amount and the medical expenses were changed, and the victim received the total amount of KRW 9,320,450 from the victim as the medical expenses, etc.

In addition, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc. from around that time to November 29, 2017, received insurance money equivalent to total of KRW 87,415,610 from the victim insurance companies over 10 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 1, 2016, around 08:43, on December 1, 2016, the Defendant driven a J 5-car without obtaining a driver’s license from around about 4km from the front side of the Busan Southern-gu International Intersection to the front side of the Southern subway Station located in the Namcheon-gu, Busan-do.

B. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: around 16:10 on February 13, 2017, approximately 4 km from the day front of L, located in the Busan So-gu K to the roads near the UN Park in the Southern-gu.
