On December 27, 2016, around 22:05, the Defendant: (a) cut off the 2nd floor of the C coffee shop located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) the victim D’s 2.50,000 won in cash on the table; and (c) caused the theft by leaving the 2.5 percent of the 2nd page. (d) On January 27, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the misappropriation of possession; (b) around January 15:30, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the 3rd E commercial building in Busan Jung-gu; and (c) embezzled the cream card lost by the victim F without taking necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim. (c) Violation of the Act on Credit Financial Business and Fraud;

A. On January 27, 2017, at H convenience stores located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant purchased tobacco 2 A and presented the card obtained as stated in the foregoing 2. Paragraph (2) as if he/she was his/her own card, and used the credit card lost by settling 8,600 won of the price, and acquired by deceiving 2 A of tobacco.

The Defendant purchased tobacco 2 at the J convenience store located in Busan Jung-gu around 15:48 on the same day, and presented the card acquired as stated in the above 2.2. as if he was his own card, and used a lost credit card and acquired tobacco 2 A by settling the price of KRW 8,600, and by deceiving the same.

At around 16:17 on the same day, the Defendant used the lost credit card and acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to accommodation expenses by 35,000 won by presenting the card obtained as stated in the above 2. The Defendant, while investing in the above telecom in the telecom in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, as if he were his card.
