A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 00:40 on May 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the investigation of traffic accidents by police officers at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) as described in the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) was requested by the victim H (44 years old) who was a slope belonging to the Bapo Police Station that arrived at the above E, and was in receipt of a request for support from the victim H (44 years old) who was a slope belonging to the said police station; and (c) was reported by the said traffic accident-related persons and other persons; and (d) made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim.
