On February 3, 2020, the Defendant, at the request of the victim D (year 65) who is the director of the “C Center” construction site located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, performed a ground-breaking work for executing water supply seal work scheduled on the following day.

On February 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) set up and affixed a E-mail owned by the Defendant on the ground that the victim did not pay wages related to the rupture work at the above construction site; and (b) affixed the following seals.

Around 07:00, the Defendant’s cream was requested to remove water supply facilities from the victim who was unable to carry out the water supply works, which eventually caused the victim to wear the said cream at around 11:00 and thereby interfere with the victim’s work by force for about three hours.
