A around November 15, 2017, a person who registered a juvenile game providing business to the Busan District Office and operated the "E" in Busan District Office from November 17, 2017, and Defendant B from December 6, 2018, was a person who worked for the exchange in the above game site from around December 6, 2018.
A game products related business entity shall not allow others to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game products or leave them to do so, and no one shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible outcomes acquired through the use of game products or engage in business of repurchase.
그럼에도 불구하고 피고인들은 2018. 12. 6.경부터 2019. 2. 3.경까지 위 게임장에서 ‘황금캐슬’ 등 게임기 총 80대를 설치하고 그곳을 찾은 불특정 다수의 손님들에게 능력과 상관없이 게임을 자동적으로 진행하게 하는 속칭 ‘똑딱이’를 교부하여 게임물을 이용하게 한 후 그 결과에 따라 얻어진 점수 1점당 1원으로 환산한 금액에서 수수료 10%를 공제한 현금을 교부하는 방법으로 환전해주었다.
