1. The defendant shall pay 34,746,00 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
In full view of the facts without dispute, Gap 1-1 to 1-4, and the purport of the entire arguments and arguments, the Plaintiff is found to have failed to receive KRW 34,746,00 for the said construction cost, even if he/she performed the said construction work by being awarded a contract with the defendant for a housing unit with a site for electric source of land of 4,154 square meters in Chungcheongnam-si from February 14, 2017 to June 5, 2017.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,746,00 won of the above construction cost and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 15, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
