1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 54,516,079 and KRW 32,435,738 among these amounts, from December 19, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order pursuant to the provisions of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the same Act shall be 15/100.
