(4) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to have led to the confession of all of the plaintiff’s allegations pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act, on the date of pleading, since the plaintiff and the debtor have not been present on the date of pleading, only submitted a written reply or a preparation stating specific contents, and the defendant did not appear on the date of pleading.”
