A. The following facts can be acknowledged in accordance with the purport of each of the statements and arguments as to Gap's evidence 1 to 4, and there is no counter-proof.

On October 29, 2015, the Plaintiff, under the joint and several guarantee of B, set the maturity of KRW 100 million to the Defendant on November 13, 2015 without interest agreement.

B. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from December 10, 2016 to the date following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, which the Plaintiff seeks after the maturity of the loan amount of KRW 100 million, to the date of full payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim can be accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
