A A A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8 million, by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7 million.

A person who intends to operate an information and communications construction business shall register with the competent authority.

In addition, a person who intends to engage in construction business should register construction business by type of business to the competent authorities, except for minor construction works (if the expected amount of construction works is the category of business performing general construction works, less than 50,000 won, and less than 10,000 won, if it is the category of business performing specialized construction works)

1. Defendant A operated an information and communications construction business with the trade name “E” in Yongcheon-si D, and operated an information and communications construction business without registration with the competent authority on June 27, 2010, entering into a contract with the above school contracting officer at G elementary school located in the Cheongcheon-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and entered into an agreement with the above school contracting officer at KRW 5,500,000 (including additional tax) and received the said amount from August 24, 2010 to August 26, 2010, and operated an information and communications construction business without registration at least 25 times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. Defendant B operated an information and communications construction business in the name of “(State) I” in Daegu Dong-gu, and operated an information and communications construction business without registration with the competent authority on June 18, 2008, under which the above school contract officer and “construction works in the school” with the above school contract officer (including additional tax) were entered into at the K Elementary School located in the J of the Gyeongbuk-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and operated an information and communications construction business without registration for seven times in total, as described in the attached list of crimes (2). < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 20614, Jun. 25, 2008>

3. Defendant C, while running the painting construction business, etc. of “M” in Daegu Suwon L, without registering a specialized construction business with the competent authority on August 1, 2008, entered into a contract with a contracting officer of the above school at the O elementary school located in Daejeon-si on August 1, 2008 to KRW 11,80,000 (including surtax) and entered into a contract with the above contracting officer of the above school at the above school and the above amount. < Amended by Act No. 8557, Aug. 4, 2008; Act No. 8888, Aug. 24, 2008>
