【Criminal Facts】

around 11:00 on February 28, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, “If you send money, you will sell 50,000 money for D game money.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the game money even if he received money from the victim because he did not have any income and thought that he would use it for the cost of living.

The defendant received 200,000 won from the account transfer under the name of the victim of the F Association account (Account Number) in the name of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On December 7, 2018, the Defendant “2019 Highest 3036,” falsely referred the victim I to “I send KRW 50,000 to H game money on the face of the transfer of KRW 50,000 won” by accessing the PC room located in Daegu.

However, the defendant did not own the game money at the time and did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money even if he received the payment from the victim.

The Defendant received 50,000 won in total from the victim to the post office account (J) in the name of the Defendant, and received 1,907,000 won in total from around that time to February 17, 2019, such as the statement in the list of crimes in attached Table, from around 19 to around 19 times.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
