1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
Defendant C and the Intervenor Co., Ltd.
1. Basic facts
A. The current status of the registration conversion and partition, etc. of the forest land before subdivision 1) H forest land 14,448 square meters (hereinafter “forest land before subdivision”).
(2) On July 5, 2004, the registration conversion of 14,448 square meters of I forest and 1,572 square meters of I forest, J forest and 648 square meters of K forest, and 12,228 square meters of K forest and 12,28 square meters of K forest and 12,228 square meters of K 1,572 square meters of L forest and 2,254 square meters of M forest and 1,834 square meters of N forest, 3,424 square meters of N forest and 1,834 square meters of land, 1,572 square meters of P forest and 648 square meters of forest and 14,448 square meters of land before the division. After the division, the land category of K 12,228 square meters of land and 648 square meters of land was changed from the land category of K 1,572 square meters of land and the land category was divided into 2,008 square meters of land.
B. On or around January 2004, the forest land before division and the relation between sharing the forest land before division and providing the road of this case is acquired from Defendant C (1,653 shares of 1,448, and 15 January 15, 2004; hereinafter the same shall apply) with respect to the forest land before division.
Defendant D (827/14,448 shares), Nonparty U (6,182 shares), X (14,448/14,653 shares), V (14,448/148 shares), W (14,653 shares), T (14,448/14), and C (14,653/148 shares) were jointly owned. At around that time, Defendant C, D and U,V, V, and T (1,653 shares) among the above co-owners filed an application for permission of development activities (land form and quality alteration) with respect to the above forest as at the time of GU, U,V, and T were permitted to develop development activities on February 19, 204 as a Class 1 neighborhood living facility site.
3 The above co-owners shall thereafter be the co-owners on 204.
