1. Details of the disposition;
A. Since the Plaintiff was appointed as a teacher on September 1, 1988, the Plaintiff continues his school life.
From March 1, 2012 to February 18, 2015, he/she served as a B elementary school teacher, and on March 1, 2015, he/she is transferred to C elementary school teacher and is on duty.
B. On January 27, 2015, the Defendant requested a resolution on disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff violated Article 56 (Duty of Fidelity) and Article 63 (Duty of Maintenance of Dignity) of the State Public Officials Act by performing the following acts while working as the Plaintiff’s teacher at B elementary school. On March 17, 2015, the said disciplinary committee decided on March 17, 2015 by disciplinary action against the Plaintiff.
1. From November 2014, in violation of a duty to maintain dignity, 36 messages were sent to the principal through mobile phone text, Kakakao Stockholm messages, and Makao Messenssenssenssenssenssenssenssenssenssenssenssenssens, 53 messages were sent to the assistant principal, including verbal abuse, counter-definite remarks, and intimidation on non-verification facts. The principal of the principal of the principal of the school sent 12 messages, such as false statements and counter-definites, and sending two false messages to parents, thereby violating the duty to maintain dignity as public educational officials (Disciplinary grounds). On October 29, 2014, 2014, the school principal of the school did not have any relation to English classes and six students at the beginning of the 6th of the school year of the school, and the school principal of the school did not have to have his/her assistant principal strengthened his/her ability to take up his/her school curriculum by dividing them into six sites, and raising his/her assistant principal.
